In this area we deal with civil building and also with the construction of facilities.
We are one of the most important enterprises of the zone that has done many projects in relation with the construction of civil buildings for renewable energies issues. We have used our expertise and the latest technologies in solar photovoltaic energy and solar thermal energy to offer turnkey projects in some of our constructions.
To date, Solventia has participated in the construction of the power blocks of four different thermosolar energy power plants - La Risca, Majadas and Termosolar 1 &2-, with an average power of 50Mw each. The services included on this projects covered all the civil works. from which we stress the works involving the execution of the turbine -s pedestal. che control and operations buildings, cooling ponds, urbanisation and underground networks, among others. Nowadays we are working on a fifth turbine pedestal at the termosolar power plant in Moron de la Frontera.
In the area designated to construct production plants of bio-fuels, we have constructed all the buildings that were necessary for the construction of a bio-diesel production plant with 250,000 tonnes of capacity per year. Inside the renewable energies sector, there are many different types of facilities that can be needed. Our company has worked and has built the next types of facilities:
- Installation of electrical currents.
- Installation of low and high voltage systems.
- Installation of Fire Prevention facilities.
- Air conditioning, heating and thermal systems for industries.
- Different installations of multi-diameter pipes (110- 1,600 mm).
